Warranty and Return Policy

1. AFWE products are guaranteed to work as long as they are installed in accordance with manufacturer's directions.

2. AFWE burners are warranted for 5 years from date of installation.

3. All AFWE parts except burners are warranted for 1 year from date of installation.

4. Our warranty is for our parts only - utilities including gas piping and wiring or installation and repair labor are not covered.

5. Although we make every effort to comply with all applicable codes, we make no warranty as to the acceptability of our products to the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).  It is the end users responsibility to check with the AHJ regarding the use of our products.

6. For other Manufacturer's products sold by us, we will honor the manufacturer's warranty.
